Dr. Aamir Hayat is serving as Assistant Professor and In-Charge of the Department of Sociology. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Government College University Faisalabad. He is an experienced sociologist with professional expertise in teaching, social development, rehabilitation and restoration, social research, poverty alleviation, social mobilization, and community development. He has professional experience with national and international organizations and has been associated with organizations and development partners including the World Bank, UNICEF, CAMP, WHO, PSPU, AKU, and various national NGOs and field partners. His areas of professional competence include qualitative and quantitative research, marketing research, analytical skills, interpersonal communication, community engagement, and presentation skills. Dr. Aamir Hayat has published research in national and international journals and contributes to academic and research activities in the field of Sociology. Areas of Interest: Social Development, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, Social Demography, Women's Empowerment, and Social Risk Management.
